In general the staff were helpful and competent. Apartment included iron and ironing board, multi-channel television, and a dining area. The room had a magnificent view of mountain.

My room included a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and an electric kettle. The best part was the pleasant view of the mountain. The location was incredible and excellent, for example, The Entrance Town Centre was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

We enjoyed our 2 nights here. the room included an iron with ironing board, multi-channel TV, and a dining area. the excellent staff gave us a warm welcome. the location is incredible, close to everything. Their food was delicious, offering a wide range of meals.

My room had a fridge, an electric kettle, and a microwave, which was really handy. This venue is in a great spot, right by the slopes and close to plenty of bars. It’s just a short walk to everything you need! 😊.

We loved the hotel's location which was close to everything in the whole village. The hotel facilities were great, especially the in-room washing machine and dryer, as well as the hot tub and sauna. Cleanliness was never an issue and the staff were always eager to assist. Parking was a breeze and transportation was never a concern.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The location was great for our Christmas holiday, we were able to easily access the lifts and restaurants, as well as the supermarket nearby for grocery shopping. The room was warm and cozy, and we enjoyed the convenience of the laundry facilities. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and made our stay even more enjoyable.
the rooms were quite small and lacked the plush comfort we were hoping for during our holiday. our experience at the hotel fell short of our expectations.

The hotel location was perfect for our Easter ski trip, with easy access to lift tickets, rentals, and ski equipment storage right from our room. the restaurant had a good selection for breakfast and lunch, and the spa was amazing after a day on the slopes. We also appreciated having a washing machine in the room, and a dry space for our wet ski clothes.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything we needed just a stone's throw away. We could easily access the lifts and lock up our ski equipment right from the back door of the hotel. The room amenities were top-notch, with a washing machine and a dry space for our wet ski clothes. The staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The restaurant on the second level offered delicious food and the spa was the perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly memorable.
